Community Relations

Our community relations department provides every client with diligent and prompt attention.

Our team is very dedicated, and listens to every positive,and negative feedback finding a solution. Our community relations team is very involved in the community they attend one on one manager meetings, resident meetings, hoa meetings,and after that they follow up on a occasional basis to ensure that our company is meeting every client needs/standards. Our community relations team receives a call from a client, they gather information, they relate the information to the Operations manager, supervisor, patrol officer, or to dispatch then they build a relationship with the clients, and communicate with them often. They care for the accounts they care for the service, they find solutions and offer ideas problem solving. It is always a pleasure to have the opportunity to treat every client with friendliness, professionalism, and respect.
